Contract Tool

Contracts and legal documents are an essential part of Leiden University and LUMC research projects. The Luris Contract Tool enables researchers to easily create and archive contracts and legal documents in less than fifteen minutes.

The tool can be used to create agreements/documents:

- to share or receive confidential information: Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA),
- to share non-human material: Material Transfer Agreement (MTA),
- for advice/consultancy purposes:  Consultancy Agreement

 

Due to technical difficulties it is not possible to create an LUMC MTA and LUMC Consultancy Agreement via this Tool. If you need these agreements, please contact the Luris Legal Team via LUMCRESEARCHCONTRACTS@LURIS.NL. We apologize for any inconvenience.
