Research Project Manager / Leiden Research Support Network Coordinator

Eugenia van Engelenhoven is the coordinator of the Leiden Research Support Network, a university-wide initiative that connects and empowers communities of research support professionals—including grant advisers, project controllers, project managers, data stewards, ethics secretaries, and business developers. Through this network, they facilitate cross-disciplinary collaboration, organize professional development events, and promote knowledge exchange across faculties and central service units. For the PM Pool Eugenia supports researchers throughout the lifecycle of their projects. She has experience managing EU grants and provides tailored guidance through project tracking, compliance support, and strategic advice to help ensure successful project delivery.
