Grant Advisor for Collaborative Projects

Lea is a grant advisor within the Grant Development team specialising in collaborative research grants and project development. She supports researchers in strategically shaping and positioning their networks even before funding opportunity arises, by helping them identify their collaborative value, and building relationships that can evolve into strong, competitive consortia. She supports key stages of proposal development, from forming effective partnerships to crafting the nonscientific sections of applications. She also provides targeted training on impact driven research and has experience working with societal partners. She is passionate about helping researchers navigate complex inter- and transdisciplinary funding landscapes both at European and national levels and works to connect academic research more closely with societal needs sections of applications.
